2) Obtain your ERAS Token by logging to your OASIS account on ECFMG website
3) Start working on your ERAS(Electronic Residency Application System)
4) Reaserch programs suitable for applying(use FRIEDA online or IMG-friendly list)
5) Complete ERAS CAF and click submit to submit it online
6) SEND your Recommendation Letters and MSPE to ECFMG by post
7) Check the Automated Document Tracking System(ADTS) to see if your documents have been uploaded
8) Track the status of your posted documents on OASIS in the ERAS TOKEN section
9) Check your ERAS for interview invitations regularly and schedule your interviews at the earliest
